Is The One Day Protocol right for you?
What the program is, who it's built for, what it costs, and the questions people ask before joining.
In one paragraph
The One Day Protocol is a 100-day diet, fitness and mindset protocol built around a single idea: you don't need to master 100 days, you need to master one day and repeat 100 times. Four phases take you from an honest self-audit through a 75-day discipline stretch to a final ten days where you decide what becomes your new normal. The signature rule is Repeat the Day: miss something and you do that day again, instead of starting over.
It's built for
- People who start a program full of fire and quietly lose steam before the finish. It's not a problem of willpower — it's a problem of consistency. The excitement fades, and nothing was ever built for the day it does.
- Shift workers, parents, caretakers, students, founders and artists: real lives, with real problems, who need a real way to reach their goals without fail.
- People who want structure but have realized that diets, motivation and transformation are not one size fits all.
- Anyone who knows that the problem isn't a lack of knowledge but the lack of a system in the gap between knowing and doing.
It's not for
- Anyone looking for a quick fix, a detox shortcut, or a way to lose weight without changing anything else.
- People who need medical supervision for their condition and want the program to replace that advice. It won't, and it shouldn't.
- People who'd rather a missed day disappear than be repeated.
The timeline
- Days 1-10: honest self-audit, gentle movement, water, photo, journal, mental growth.
- Days 11-15: a reset you choose — clean eating, water, broth, juice, or a medically appropriate fast.
- Days 16-90: the Daily Discipline List every day — your diet, no cheat meals, no alcohol, intentional movement twice a day, water goal, daily photo, journal, mental growth.
- Days 91-100: integration — decide what stays and what becomes your normal.
- Any day you break a rule, you repeat that day. Never Day 1.
What it costs
The founding round is free. No payments, no cash prizes, no gear kits to buy. You sign up, answer the intake questions once, and start Day 1.
Common questions
Is The One Day Protocol the same as 75 Hard?
It's inspired by 75 Hard, but redesigned. The big difference is the Repeat the Day rule: if you miss something, you repeat that day instead of starting over from Day 1. Movement and hydration also have choices — you move intentionally twice a day in whatever format fits your life, and drink a gallon of water or follow a bodyweight formula.
What happens if I miss a day?
You repeat it. If you break a rule on Day 14, tomorrow is Day 14 again until it is completed clean. You never go back to Day 1 and you never lose the days you already finished.
Do I have to fast?
No. The Days 11-15 reset is your choice: a clean-eating reset, water, broth, juice, or a medically appropriate structured fast. The One Day Protocol does not give medical advice, so talk to a professional before any fast.
Do I need a gym?
No. Two intentional sessions a day can be a walk, band circuits, stair intervals, a yoga flow or a bodyweight session — wherever they fit in your day.
What does it cost?
The founding round is free. There are no payments in the app right now and no cash prizes.
Is there a coach?
Yes. Your coach is Jamila — the person who built the protocol — and you talk one on one with her via chat in the app. The app also builds your meals and movement for the week from your intake answers, and you log what you ate and how you moved as you go.
The One Day Protocol does not provide medical advice. Adjust the program to your health realities and seek professional guidance when needed — especially before any fast.
One day is today.
You keep saying one day. This is the day. Today is the only day that matters. The founding round is free — you get the daily checklist, the tracker, the photo log, the journal prompts and a coach that answers at any hour.
